New Tablesaw orders and Retrofit

The Byrnes 4" Table Saw is a precision-engineered machine with an accuracy measured in thousandths of an inch [specifications] ... it's powerful enough to tackle 15/16" hardwood ... quietly.

NEW: 18" EXTENDED TABLE!
The table on this saw is 18" wide giving you just under 7" rip capacity. The table measures 18 in wide by 10 in deep -- all other specs are the same as our standard saw. The saw comes with a 4" 24-tooth carbide blade, 1/8" high rip fence and a miter gauge. All accessories listed on the website for the standard saw also fit this saw with no modification needed.

The 18" tablesaw will be a special order and depending on demand, may require additional time for shipment.
If you currently have a 12" tablesaw you can
retrofit your saw with this wide table.

By itself, out-of-the-box, this is a remarkable tool - from a review by Phil Krol:

"... Jim clearly understands the fundamentals of table saw function as evidenced by his design. The use of high quality materials and the quality of build make this machine a pleasure to make sawdust with. I just cannot find anything about the saw that would warrant a negative comment."

The saw has also been reviewed in national publications:

Blade height is easily adjustable - and once set, it locks securely in place. The removable fence rides on two linear bearings - and locks absolutely parallel to the saw blade. The miter gage has reamed pin holes to precisely set angles from zero in both directions ... and the locking pin will hold the gage in place at custom angles. The saw has a 1.5" ID hose connection - it's ready to connect to your shop vac or other dust collection system.

Still need more accuracy? Add the optional Micrometer, and .001 inch adjustments in fence position are a breeze ... add the extended fence, and stacks of planking will stay straight.

Angle cuts are simple - add the optional Tilt Table for accurate cuts up to 45 degrees ...

The support is there - a full 1 year Warranty against defects in materials or workmanship, hand assembly, quality control testing and burn-in ... but the best part?

We are temporarily closing the website to machine orders
to allow us some personal time with family, a vacation,
and time for shop maintenance and inventory.

Our current plan is to reopen some time in mid-September.

Until then, you may continue to order accessories for all
the machines - we're just not accepting orders for the machines
themselves because our equipment will be shut down
during this time period.

There is one exception -- our new Variable Speed Disc Sander
can be ordered during the shut-down.

All orders currently in-house will be shipped on schedule.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause --
we hope to be back to full operation in September.
